In fall 2005, USFT's Coordinating Committee undertook the task of building a long term vision for the organization. With input from the grassroots, allies, and other stakeholders, we laid forth three major goals for the next three years-- Essentially, empowering students, participating in the empowerment processes of cooperative communities, and strengthening USFT as a sustainable organization. Within these goals, actionable projects are laid out, and these projects have guided and continue to guide our work today.

Within the next year, we will undertake another consultative visioning process, so as you read this, please make note of what you
think rocks, what you might add, and what you might change and share this feedback with us. This is our collective organization, and without your feedback, our Strategic Action Plan cannot truly represent the work of the student Fair Trade movement and drive our work forward.
